Note:This Privacy Policy applies only where not superseded by a governing Spire Metering Technology, LLC as a Service Agreement.

Spire Metering Technology, LLC (collectively referred to herein as “SMT”, “we”, “our” or “us”), recognizes the importance of protecting personal data we may collect from visitors and any other individual or entity (“Users”, “you”, or “your”) who visit our websites and our mobile APPs. This Privacy Policy applies to data collection by SMT and shall apply to your use of the website, www.SpireMT.com, and other SMT-related websites, mobile APPs, applications, software, communications, capabilities and services (“Services”) accessible on or by any top-level SMT domain owned by us (each, a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”), but excluding services that state that they are offered under a different privacy policy.

This Policy does not apply to information we collect through any other means or to information collected by any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), such as information that may be collected by any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from our Sites.

Term of Services
You must agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy to use our Sites. Your continued use of these Sites after we make changes to this Privacy Policy will be an acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy or any changes to it, you should not use our Sites and do not have permission to do so.

By accessing or using the Sites in any manner, you also agree to be bound by SMT’s Terms of Service (the “Agreement”), found at website https://SpireMT.com/about/policies/termofservice. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information ("collectively "Information") from users of our Sites:

      • Aggregated with information about other users so that it does not identify any individual.
        • We will NOT disclose, sell or release Information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

        • To be used in marketing, solicitation of outside services, or otherwise by third parties
        • Data Security
          We have implemented reasonable measures designed to secure your Information against accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypted transaction data, and password with anyone.
          controlled access to parts of our Sites. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. No one can guarantee the security of your Information transmitted to our Sites, including us. Any transmission of Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Sites.

          Governing Law
          All disputes or claims relating to the Sites and this Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Massachusetts without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions.
          By using our Sites, you agree that any dispute arising out of, or related to, this Privacy Policy or your use of the Sites shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Boston, Massachusetts. You waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and agree to venue in such courts to the fullest extent permitted by law.

          Changes to Our Privacy Policy
          Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this website https://SpireMT.com/privacy.html, and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services or programs, email notification or privacy policy changes). We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.
          If you are a California resident, you are permitted by California law to request information regarding the disclosure of your Personal Data by SMT to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.
