This Privacy Policy applies to data collection by SMT and shall apply to your use of the website, www.SpireMT.com, and other SMT-related websites, mobile APPs, applications, software, communications, capabilities and services (“Services”) accessible on or by any top-level SMT domain owned by us (each, a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”), but excluding services that state that they are offered under a different privacy policy.

This Policy does not apply to information we collect through any other means or to information collected by any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), such as information that may be collected by any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from our Sites.

Term of Services

Data Security
